Hills has its operational head office at NO. 82 FADAMA LINK, SOUTH INDUSTRIAL AREA, ACCRA and branch offices in Kumasi and Takoradi. Hills since its inception has carved a niche in the Ghanaian market with its clientele cutting across various government medical stores, Teaching Hospitals, District and Municipal Hospitals, Private Hospitals and Clinics etc. With its ample resources of distribution vans and a reliable and dedicated sales team headed by able, well-motivated and capable medical representatives, Hills Pharmaceuticals Ltd reaches to almost every conceivable viable market in Ghana from the North to the South and the East to the West. Products carried by Hills Pharmaceuticals Ltd are marketed and distributed throughout the territory of Ghana. Hills is present in all viable business centers who value quality products and mutually beneficial interests. Our main warehouses are in Accra and Kumasi and are inspected and certified by the concerned agencies including the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) and Pharmacy Council. The warehouses are temperature controlled to ensure that products are kept at the required storage conditions. We have cold rooms for products that are required to be stored below 25 degrees Celsius. We have a refrigeration room which has refrigeration units for products that must be kept between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius.Our refrigeration and air conditioning units are religiously maintained to ensure reliability and efficiency.
We have a dedicated transformer to ensure stable electricity from the national Grid. We have also installed a 37,000wattp solar system complete with battery back up. We have 2 generators with total capacity of 80kva. These multiple sources of power are to ensure that at all times, we have reliable energy and our products are stored as required so that quality is maintained.
Hills prides itself in the investment we have done in our logistics. Hills has a fleet of reliable vehicles to ensure that staff work under safe and comfortable conditions and our products are distributed and delivered timely.
Hills has refrigeration van to maintain cold chain storage system for specialized drugs.
Hills has trucks and delivery vans of all sizes for our sales executives to work efficiently.
Hills has reliable cars which are used by our medical sales executives to carry out their marketing and promotional activities.
All vehicles are maintained religiously to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Hills has a highly motivated, dedicated and able sales team in all our branch offices who are involved in the marketing and promotions of our products through scientific presentations, consulting room visitations and other sponsorship activities. Sales teams are also responsible for distribution and delivery of products to all our customers.
